New Leadership Arrives – Mark Hauser Announces Introduction of Hayley Long, New Member of Executive Team

Hauser Private Equity has served high-net-worth clients in and around Cincinnati since it opened its doors in 2008. Headlined by the work of founder and Managing Partner Mark Hauser, Hauser Private Equity was proud to announce the addition of a new member to its Executive Leadership team by way of Hayley Long.

Hayley Long comes to Hauser Private Equity through Nuveen and PGI, M, where she worked for four years in funds management at the global asset managers mentioned above. Before her work in the financial field, Hayley Long attended the University of Queensland in Australia, where she secured her Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance.

Adding Hayley Long to the executive leadership team at Hauser Private Equity comes when HPE is reveling from closing over predictions for its Core Fund IV.

Making Big Leadership Moves

Hauser Private Equity is a co-investor and fund manager focusing on controlling and investing in lower-middle and middle-market buyout funds ranging from $250 million to more than $2 billion in overall capital commitments. Mark Hauser and Hauser Private Equity have long focused on sectors such as healthcare, tech-enabled service, industrials, consumer goods, and business.

Upon announcing her addition to the team, Hayley Long took time to respond to the news. Long stated that she was drawn to the company due to its impressive portfolio and track record. Long would say, “I am honored to work with an industry-leading group of high-net-worth investors and build upon the success of HPE’s distinctive co-investment fund model.”

Long’s addition to the team comes after success has followed the company. Hauser stated, “We added over 50 new investors in Core Fund I, V, which closed earlier this year.”
